When I installed the batteries, it immediately began to work. There was nothing else I needed to do. Awesome!
Although there are instructions included, I found that installing the batteries was enough to get it to work.

I decided to buy an Epson projector on Ebay because I was tired of chasing my school around. It works well, but the included remote isn't the best, and some of the features aren't functional. This remote works flawlessly (including the freeze button) and does not require programming, as the manufacturer claims. I walked into my classroom, grabbed the remote, and pressed the power button to turn on the projector, which immediately turned on! Thank you a lot!.
I'm happy with the purchase I made.
My old one's power button had stopped working, making it difficult to turn the overhead projector on or off. I could put the long stick away after I installed the batteries.
With my Powerlite 83c, it works perfectly!.
