Where do I find out what kind of bulb I have? The old one doesn't have any letters or numbers on it. Does it have a black plug with connector as well as two screws upon which it is mounted?

Having replaced these bulbs twice now, both times the replacement bulbs have been identical to my originals. The original bulbs don't have any kind of ID either, but both times they were identical to the replacements. If you plan to handle the bulbs, please wear nitrile or vinyl gloves to avoid leaving oily fingerprints on the bulbs. **Jerry

The item was faulty when I received it

I was so excited to install it. As soon as the bulb was plugged in, it did not We were very disappointed to learn that the bulb we received was defective. That is such a hassle!.
