Apparently the Kodak literature for the carousel 4600 projector indicates that it can use FHS, EXR, or EXY bulbs. Out of the three bulbs, the FHS is the medium intensity and medium life bulb.

I just felt like this was right. Approximately one week has gone by since it arrived. I was able to install the bulb without any It works perfectly when I plug it into my projector.
