Is there a way to get it back to zero by pressing the reset button?

Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. This was a purchase that we never used. It was supposed to be used for food pantry visitors, but due to the pandemic, food distribution was moved outside to a drive-up operation. I believe it reset to zero, but I can't be certain, and to make matters worse, I can't say for sure. I have no recollection of where we hid it!

Is there a remote receiver included?

The Digi- The remote control that comes with Q allows you to change the numbers on the LED display.

Would not accept a return for a defective item, such as a LED light bulb

I reached out to their customer service department (no phone number - All I do is text. ) I was told that under warranty, I would have to go through the manufacturer. I told them I didn't want warranty service because the product was defective when it arrived - want to send it back or get a new one. Once again, I was told that I would have to deal with the manufacturer. br>I would not purchase from this vendor. Because it only accepts payments through PayPal or Amazon, it is impossible to put a hold on a credit card payment.
