It took a long time to set up & install

The tech support has never been a problem. Make a statement! Buy something new! The Gateway may be a great product, but unfortunately, I may never find out as it is extremely difficult to setup and the tech support is totally ineffective since they only communicate via A detailed installation and set up manual would not be of any use to someone trying to install and set up a I contacted many VoIP companies and they did not have data to set it up as well. In the email support request I did submit, I was advised to read the installation guide. According to reports, this came from a member of their engineering department. That's totally out of the ordinary! It is best to stay away from this and other products It is on its way back to me. The number of users for this gateway that doesn't work is huge. You might want to look for a different vendor, such as Cisco.
