I feel like it is a very professional looking device. Upon unpacking it, you have the impression that it is made of metal, which means it has a very solid construction. It's a simple setup that requires only a few extensions if you're familiar with voip. Once your extensions are implemented the sip server works perfectly. My impression is that for the price you get a lot of value from this device. Dinstar surprised me the most. This is a great book!.

Nothing from this company in terms of support. I thought the manual was one of the worst I had ever seen, and it simply did Support is very difficult to obtain from this company.
