Maintenance Kit - 110v - LJ Ent M604 / M605 / M606 Series

I bought it with the best of intentions for a printer that prints 120,000 pages per year. I've had this fuser down more than it's been up since it was installed! br>Before this fuser, this printer had printed 200k jobs with three errors (including paper jams); after this fuser, I have had all of these errors for at least a week, with the majority of them occurring EVERY DAYbr>10. 15, 10. 15, 13. B2. A2, 13. FF. FF, 13. B9. D2, 13. B9. A2, 41. 02, 46. 5C, 48. 0D, 49. EE, 50. 11, 50. 11br>We had to make the backup printer the primary printer because the downtime was killing our business. br>PS tried to contact the vendor but received no response, so we're having to contact HP to see if any warranty work can be done. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE IT IS NOT OEM.

Since the Q&A, we have received two maintenance kits from this page. They were original equipment manufacturer parts, according to A. Cables and Parts processed and shipped ours, which is unfortunate. The kits are clearly not OEM, and the one fuser we installed failed to properly fuse the toner to the paper, causing additional machine errors as a result of the loose toner. We're working on getting them back to you right now. Please do yourself a favor and order from HP instead of trying to save a few bucks.
