We bought this because our printer was constantly jamming. I assumed it was the fuser based on the printer's error codes. As a result, I bit my tongue and bought it. I plugged it in, and the printer was fixed, and I no longer had any paper jams. br>br>This came in a plastic bag with cushions on both ends, but the box was an HP box, so I was a little concerned. Everything worked perfectly again after I installed it and tested it. I would purchase this item again.
