The customer service, despite the fact that this unit isn't new, was pleasantly surprising. It's been renovated (in a nice way, I believe). To be honest, I'd take a refurb at this price, but this time I needed a brand-new, never-used item. For business purposes, I used this unit. USA Printer Guy was where I got this item. They agreed to Fed Ex a new unit and a return shipping label without waiting for me to return the refurb when I called. There will be no arguments or multiple calls, and you will not be asked to "pack up the unit, stand in line at the post office, return it, and wait two weeks. " It will take 4 weeks to receive your order. "Or "at that price, what did you expect?" I was so taken aback that I had to write this review. I'll buy from them again if they deliver on their promises.

As soon as it was put in, the machine recognized it. If it works with your printer, I would recommend it. The printer should come with it as standard, but that's a different story.
