Increase your device's brightness to its maximum setting. It's possible that the screen is too dark to see clearly.
No, you simply need to purchase the film; I purchase mine from Fujifilm as if it were a Polaroid camera.
Thank you for contacting us regarding the KiiPix Smartphone Picture Printer. No, it isn't included in the package.
Your phone's dimensions may be too small if the black border extends all the way around it. For phone/screen sizes that work with this, consult the user manual.

SO I DECIDED TO DECIDE WHAT THE SECRET OF THIS PRINTER WAS. br>br>ONCE IN A WHILE, WHEN YOU PUSH THE SHUTTER BUTTON, THE SHUTTER DOESN'T OPEN. br>br>If your photos are black, this is 100% the cause. What I discovered is that the shutter must be heard very carefully. br>br>First, before loading any film into the printer, set it up as if you're going to print a photo, but don't place your phone on top. Instead, use your phone's flashlight to point it at the shutter and repeatedly press the shutter button, looking for the shutter to open (I promise you'll see it). ALSO, WHEN THE SHUTTER OPENES VS. WHEN IT DOESN'T OPEN, THE SOUND IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. br>br>KNOW EVERYTHING THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT THAT SOUND. br>br>Now, when you're trying to print a photo, DO NOT ROLL THE PRINT OUT UNLESS YOU HEAR THE SHUTTER SOUND FIRST (so keep pressing the shutter button). br>br>I'm not sure if this was the intention of the manufacturer, but it's the way it is. If this is the case, it's possible that the ones you'll be working with are defective. Could you please send me a new picture, Kii pix? Because this is a very stupid thing to do. br>br>I believe my printer is defective because I've seen videos of other people using it, and when they press the shutter button, it makes a MUCH LOUDER SOUND than my shutter button. Thank you: br>br>.
Despite some negative reviews, I am glad I decided to try KiiPix, despite some negative reviews. br>Image quality is not better, and I would say KiiPix prints are the best. So charming, see attached photos side by side. br>I am glad I decided to try KiiPix, despite some negative reviews. To save money, I purchased the film in bulk and discovered that it also works with Polaroid 300. To get the best pictures, you'll need some practice. I had a few images that were darker than I wanted, but I was able to adjust the photo settings and they turned out great; I will definitely use this with my 5th graders this year. In the classroom, we take pictures, and I think my students will enjoy it! br>I would strongly suggest it over the HP Sproket and, for that matter, the Fuji Instax camera. When you've got your phone, who needs a camera?.
Even when I set my phone's brightness to maximum, the brightness and colors of the printed photos are inconsistent. Even when I align the photos perfectly so that there is no border showing, they all have a black border around the top and sometimes on the edge. Towards the end, a black goo began to emerge, and the situation became extremely filthy. I'll probably exchange it for a new one, and if it still doesn't work, I'll return it.
Thirteen photos were squandered, three ten-packs of film were squandered, and there was no photo to show for it. What a waste of money. I followed the instructions and inserted the film, making sure the yellow mark was aligned with the printer's back window. It was easy to turn the knob and eject the black film cover. When I tried to eject a photo, however, it became stuck and refused to come out. I tried everything I could to correct the situation, but nothing worked. The film would not eject no matter how hard I turned the knob. It'd get stuck every time. I double-checked my direction of rotation, and the knob even has an arrow on it, so it's not difficult to figure out. It didn't help to open the back panel in a dark room and remove the jammed photo. The following photo would also become jammed. So I'm not sure if this printer is capable of producing a good photo. This item is unquestionably unworthy of your money.
The printer was lightweight and portable, allowing you to print photos at any time and from any location. The photos have a pleasant retro feel to them, and everyone appreciated having a physical copy to keep. It is something I strongly suggest. Tip: To ensure that your print does not come out too dark, make sure your phone is set to full brightness before printing.
This printer was sent to me by my mother for use while I am away at college (Go Vols!). br>At first, I couldn't figure out what it was, but after I set it up and used it, I called her to tell her it was a really cool little gadget. br>I take a lot of pictures on my phone and don't always have time to send them somewhere to be developed, so this was a great solution. I like that I can print out any photo at once; I've hung them up in my apartment on a photo board, and it's fun to keep adding new photos whenever I want. It's small and light, and my only concern now is that I'll run out of film before I can print all of my crazy photos! If you have a college-aged child, it's a nice way to decorate a dorm room or apartment. br>I may even send a couple to my mother to hang in her office. br>If you don't have a college-aged child, it's a nice way to decorate a dorm room or apartment. This little printer is fantastic!.
I was so excited to get this, and once I got it, I followed the instructions to the letter, but the film I received was defective; it was supposed to give me 10 pictures, but no matter what I did, the picture came out blank.
This photo printer was extremely simple to operate. I was initially intimidated by the user manual's numerous steps, but I was able to set everything up instinctively, and the machine was ready to print photos in less than three minutes. I liked that I didn't have to find an outlet to plug it in, and I didn't have to adjust the settings on my phone like I do with most IoT devices these days. br>br>The photos were adorable in a retro way. Finding the right light balance requires some practice: The brightness of the display and the lighting in the room are both important factors to consider. Yes, even the LIGHTING IN THE ROOM! I used my window blinds to print one photo, and it came out with stripes. I believe that the light filtering through the cracks in my window blinds had an impact on the print. Having said that, I don't mind because it's all part of the fun. Instead of using industrialized photo prints, you can use lighting to create the perfect retro image. This, too, seems like a good educational toy for kids, to get them thinking about camera and photo mechanisms. br>br>Overall, for something under $40, it's a fantastic value. It's ideal for giving as a gift or using at home.
