Is the Cleaner Unit part of the print cartilage, because that's all that's on this tiny printer - I've had mine for a long time and am very pleased with it.
It's not the cartridge, I don't believe. Inspect the rollers inside for ink buildup or debris that could prevent the machine from properly running the paper.
This isn't possible, in my opinion. Because of its age (I've had mine for five years), I don't believe it is capable after six years. However, I was able to print photos from my phone by inserting the micro memory card into a standard SD card adapter and printing from there (assuming your phone has one). If that's what you're looking for, the printer does not have wireless or bluetooth capabilities. I've only had it for four months. Sorry, it's been five years.
It only prints to a memory card, but it's a fantastic printer nonetheless. The largest is 4 x 6 inches. There are numerous options for smaller prints.

It was only a few days ago that I got this. Purchase this photo printer if you have the funds. When it comes to setting up electronic devices, I'm a little clumsy. But it was a simple setup. The prints are comparable to CVS and other stores, and the printer's creative option allows you to do more with them. This has a convenient carry handle, so you can take it anywhere with a hook-and-loop fastener. The photos are more expensive than those found at CVS, but you can print them almost anywhere. br>Also, buy extra picture packs if you're smart. There are none included. My all-in-one is a standard size. There is only one printer, but it is unrivaled for photos. br>I've been considering these for a few years now. Our third grandchild is only a year old, and I can print photos as soon as I take them. br>Plus, we live in an RV for nearly seven months of the year, so I won't have to wait for my photos to be printed. In addition, the size is ideal. br>WOW is all I have to say, as a few others have said. This was one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. br>I thought I ordered enough printer pks, but I'm going to order more now. I don't want to have to go looking for more in case I run out, because we'll be heading south in a few weeks and I want to make sure I have plenty of photo albums. br>I've also ordered a similar Selphy printer as a Christmas present for a friend, and I'm hoping she enjoys it as much as I do. br>Don't hesitate to order one of these; the Selphy ES40 is my personal favorite. br>To put it another way- It's fantastic, and I'm glad Cannon came up with it. br>I'd like to express my gratitude for everything you've done for me.
This tiny printer is a force to be reckoned with! It takes about a minute to print a photo, and the print quality is incredible! It's the closest a printer has come to producing film print quality. It's simple to set up. br>br> You remove the cleaning cartridge, remove the orange retaining clip from the back of the new cartridge, and insert it into the printer before closing the cartridge door on the side of the printer. You're all set to print at this point. Simply insert your memory card into the printer, choose your photos, cropping, effects, or frames, and click the "print" button. Your print will be ready in 60 seconds. br>br>My only gripe is that the Photo effects available on the printer are not included in the computer software. Oh, and while you can use a USB cable to connect your Selphy to your computer and print from it, you can also use it without one.
I was skeptical of the all-in-one printer because I'd used a lot of compact ink jet photo printers. The Selphy ES40 uses a single cartridge system. However, I was fed up with prints that never came out right, paper that refused to feed, near-interminable waits, and so on. br>br>This printer is the modern-day equivalent of a Polaroid camera. Simply insert the cartridge (which holds 50 photos), choose a photo using the dial (which works similarly to Canon cameras (or an iPod, in that you can spin or click each of the four directions), and press the print button. The picture comes out without a hitch; it won't smudge, and it's fun to watch each color layer appear one after the other. br>br>Keep in mind: There is no paper or ink included when you buy the printer. It is not included in the package and must be purchased separately. While the lab will undoubtedly be less expensive, it will also take much longer, as it will require a trip to the store or the waiting for delivery. br>br>This printer was purchased to take the place of Polaroids. It does an excellent job of printing a picture quickly and easily.
This is an excellent printer that is a lot of fun to use in a variety of situations. Take it to a family reunion; my daughter-in-law is a teacher, and she uses it with her students. This printer is fun, cool, and neat in every way. Others have expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that ink/paper cartridges can only be purchased online, but I don't mind.
I've bought three other Sephfy printers, and this one is even better than the others; everyone who sees it thinks it's amazing. I like how simple it is to use. Its most appealing feature is that it can format directly from the printer.
They used to sell it for 00 dollars, but now they're selling it for three times that amount. I wish I had bought two at the time, but this is a fantastic product; the pictures are crisp, clear, and glossy, and I adore it.
It appeals to me. The photos are of higher quality than those I get from my neighborhood Walgreens or CVS Photo. Yes, printing a single photo takes a long time, but the quality of the print is well worth the wait. It would be great if there was a large print version available.
This printer is absolutely fantastic! It fulfills all of its promises. I adore it, I adore it, I adore it, I adore it, I With my camera, I take it with me wherever I go. br>They go hand in hand; I've owned several printers, and this one is by far the best; my only wish is that the ink and paper could be purchased elsewhere besides Amazon. com. This isn't always practical for me.
