Music is my life, and I want to move away from storing books in bookshelves to storing music in their digital format. It's impossible to read much of my piano music because most of it is printed on pages larger than 8 1/2 x 11 inches. As a result, I was looking for a good multifunction device that would be able to scan my music and make it available in a library like My 7612 just arrived. I am very excited about it. It took me about a half an hour to scan my first book, which was approximately My first step was to select custom page size in the scan menu, then create PDFs with that size. One drawback of the pdf scan is that you have to run the pages through the scanner twice if you want to scan double sided. The scanner software will automatically put the pages in order for you, but you still have to run the pages through twice. As well as preparing large size copies of music for my wife, I was also preparing copies of hymnals for Printing both sides of the documents on 11x17 paper saved me a lot of paper. the page Adobe Reader can also be used to print if the paper size is set to 11 x 17 and the "Fit" option is selected. I find this large format printer and scanner to be excellent and low-cost. With the XL cartridges you get a lot of prints from one cartridge, making it a great value for the amount of ink you get for the price. It handles linen paper easily, too, and produces great prints. There is only one complaint printing really high resolution images takes a little longer than for lower resolution images, but the print itself is well worth waiting for. A product like this would be worth buying In the past two and a half to three weeks, I have been using the app. It is used by me to sell prints of my art. The package arrived on time and was well packaged.

This is amazing! When FedEx delivered the package to my door, it was quite heavy and large. Two of them arrived at once Boxed (display box by manufacturer inside perfectly fitting )I have never seen so many protective films and blue tabs to remove when unpacking it. I was very impressed with the way this thing was packaged. There is almost half of the package weight in the boxes and packing. I think half the weight of the shipped package is in the boxes and packing. The machine itself is much smaller and lighter than the box it came in. Yet, even so, the printer footprint is large enough to take up nearly half a large desk. In order to use the box as a printer desk, I reassembled the boxes, turned them upside-down, and turned the bottoms into tables. The table is ugly, but losing one-half of a desk or conference table is a better option. If I want a different appearance, I can always drape a throw over the box. In addition to my existing HP OfficeJet 7000 wide format printer, the 7612 will replace my HP OfficeJet 7000. It was the wide format scanner of the 7612 that prompted me to upgrade from the 7000, because the 7000 only prints. As a bonus, I get a printer that can do e-mail Prints from my smart phone, prints over WiFi, prints over the cloud, and prints through the Ethernet - whatever I want.
