Rather than spend over $100 on a full set of four color cartridges just so Brother can be convinced once again there is a problem that needs to be looked at under warranty, I declined to spend the extra money. At best, by then the cartridges will have used up half of their supply, and at worse I will still be stuck with a nonworking device I lost time working on my business processes because of the downtime on the machine. buy a better product from another manufacturer, such as Epson or HP, than take the money and buy the one I already have.

The display is simple and easy to use. Send a fax. Make a copy. Do a scan. It is a real plus to have an automatic feed for printing and scanning. I print wirelessly from both my laptops and use the wireless printing option. If you are a printer enthusiast, you will love this product.
