This label printer was purchased in December of last year. 2020 I tried installing to my iMac without reading any instructions and downloading a driver from their website, but it didn't go as planned; The print quality was poor, and the measurements were incorrect. I watched their installation video on YouTube and discovered that the driver I downloaded and the one they installed in the video were not the same. It wasn't available for download on their website either, so I emailed their tech support and received a response about a day later with a link to the proper Mac driver; The printer was new at the time, so they said it was still in beta. br>br>After installing the correct driver, everything went smoothly. I fiddled with the printer settings a little bit - I created templates for printing from Word, InDesign, and Acrobat, but they also print fine from a browser-based application. UPS, USPS, and Amazon have generated labels (which appear to be PDFs). br>br>The printer's price was so low that the fiddling was well worth it. I no longer have to deal with my laser or inkjet printer because I now have access to a dedicated label printer that never runs out of ink.

I am overjoyed. So, after looking at all of these label printers and reading a lot of reviews, I was a little skeptical. I am, however, pleasantly surprised. I am not at all technologically savvy. I installed it last night and it wasn't printing the size I needed, but I figured out why this morning; I simply needed to change the label preferences on the websites I was using. FACEBOOK and POSHMARK were two of the tools I used. I'm so happy I purchased this.

The majority of the reviews were positive, so I bought it. When the product arrived, I was blown away by the packaging. It even came with its own USB drive that contained the driver and other resources. If you own a Windows 10 computer, it appeared to be fairly simple after reading everything provided. When I ran into some issues during the installation, I contacted customer service; please note that customer service is based in China, so there may be a significant time difference if you require live assistance. Once our schedules aligned, Customer Service was able to remotely install my drivers in under 15 minutes. The printer performs admirably and is ideal for my small Etsy shop.

Someone had recommended a Munbyn printer to me; I used it for a week; it was a disaster; I wasted over 30 thermal labels in the trash; a friend told me that in her business, she had purchased this model and had had no problems for 6 months; I purchased it myself; it was less expensive than the previous one, very easy to install, and prints with quality. She is one of my favorites.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this label maker performed. It's fantastic! To avoid misfeeds or errors, make sure the labels are gripped snugly but not too tightly. For a long time, I had that problem until I double-checked that they were properly gripped. You can also darken or lighten the text in the same way. To get the best quality printouts, make sure to use good labels.
