For what I need, the majority of the squares are too small. I prefer the largest square, for which I primarily use a Pentel Fude Touch pen. I get straight lines and no leftover ink builds up on the stencil, so it's a win-win situation. It's just the right size to tuck into the back of my journal so it doesn't get misplaced. Overall . I'm still on the lookout for the perfect larger square stencil, but this will suffice in the meantime.
I ordered this artist tool to help me with my art, and I expected it to be much more sturdy and less flimsy than it was. They're fine if you only need a few small squares for a fine border or other design element, but I prefer to use the Fiskars squares template because it allows you to make larger squares and makes the task go faster. I'm sure you could use it to add a new element, but it just doesn't do it for me!.
Every line is perfect and true because there are no unfinished or rough edges. I have a lot of Westcott templates, and squares come in handy a lot in my work. Excellent value for money!.
I use it to make watercolor swatches by drawing squares. That's exactly what it's designed for.
It's a little smaller than I expected, but that's fine because it'll suffice for my needs. Love it!.
I'm sure the squares are the right size, but the lines indicating each square's half-way point aren't even close. That was my original motivation for buying it. If that's what you're looking for, you'll have to look elsewhere.
fantastic product.
It's ideal for drafting and creating artwork. In general, it's a fantastic condition to be in.
