Questions & Answers
I purchased this 12-pack set, which came in a nice plastic case. These pens are now my favorite for the price, and I have them in set three. I'm going to buy it from Amazon again.
They can only be used on a porous surface like paper. When the ink dries, it will rub off easily. Rotring pens are in the same boat. You'll need a pen that uses spirit ink, but I'm not aware of any that has a fine line, such as the Staedtler or Rotring.
YES! Waterproof and acid-resistant These fantastic pens come with free archival ink. I no longer journal with any other pen.
Yes, they are contained within a plastic container.

Since 1959, I've worked as an architect. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY DRAWS WAS DONE BY HAND - During the 1980s, I experimented with using a computer, but I quickly became frustrated because I discovered that the actual process of hand drawing allowed me to think about the implications of each stroke and was also therapeutic. CAD, on the other hand, is a computer-aided design program. The final results were clearly made by a human being witness, all of the little idiosyncrasies, faults, and so on. Now I scan my hand drawings into the computer where I can correct the more obvious mistakes, make changes, and add tone, color, and lettering. Unfortunately, the quality of the ink pens I've used my entire life, including some made by Staedler, has deteriorated, so I tried the Staedler Pigment Liner and discovered that their line is far more suitable for scanning than an ink line, restoring my faith in human drafting! However, be wary of some of their competitors' versions, as some of them are complete garbage.
The order arrived in a very timely manner. This was a gift to myself for my birthday, and it arrived on time! It lasts much longer than Micron or other garbage brands. It is completely waterproof. I'm not going to waste any more money on other brands of archive pens. Forever Staedtler! Moving colors and sizes will be available in the future, which I am looking forward to.
After reading a lot of technical drawing pen reviews, I was turned off by how many people complained about pens arriving without ink or not lasting long enough. All of them were in the middle of the price spectrum. I then looked at these pens that were more than twice as expensive and over 90% positive reviews led me to buy them. Unfortunately, two of the twelve were completely devoid of ink. I'm going to contact the seller to see if there are any replacements available. Best of luck to me!.
These are what I use in my mixed media paintings. When you remove the cap, it has a pleasant feel to it. Although there is a good variety of pen tip sizes, I prefer the Pandafly pens because they have a great brush tip. These are unquestionably winners, but they lack the brush. The cap will remain in place until you are ready to replace it. This is a fantastic set of pens for assisting you with your artwork!.
Smooth to draw with, does not bleed easily, dries quickly, and has a crisp line quality. For the money, these are some excellent pens.
These Staedtler fineliner pens were purchased for my daughter, who enjoys drawing a lot. She adores them, particularly the variety of tip sizes available. She uses them to sketch out her artwork and outline it. The Staedtler brand has always stood for high quality in my opinion, and these pens are no exception. For my daughter, I'm going to buy some Staedtler colored pencils. These pens come highly recommended!.
The advice is sound and will continue to be so. My ONLY issue with them is that, regardless of where I purchase them, one or two of them are always dry or empty when I receive them.
I've tried a lot of pens, and these are by far the best. Pen and watercolor are two of my favorite things to do, and I've never had an issue with the ink holding up to the watercolor. I've used these pens before and they're very durable.
