It's worth noting that I've been using this tool for quite some time. Kit was only used for about 2 weeks, so durability and sturdiness are a little short on a thorough (years ) evaluation: )br>br>However, receiving three of each tool in the "9-piece" set is a good thing. I use these types of tools both at home and in my school studio, so the "piece" set was ideal for me. I'm sure I'll break or lose something, so having a spare set is a great idea. These are quite thick in comparison to other products, as other reviewers have noted. My old protractor broke after years of use, but it was probably half as thick as these (though they aren't as thick as these). It's just solid plastic. ) So, assuming I don't do anything stupid with them (e. g. , drop them), I see no reason why these tools shouldn't last a lifetime. , and take a seat on it - or simply lose them (which is how my old one died). br>br>Overall, these tools are fantastic for kids and adults alike. Mr. Pen deserves praise for continuing to produce high-quality products.
I needed a 360 degree protractor in particular to program the Sphero Bolts I bought for my grandchildren. It'll be ideal for creating angles that are more than 180 degrees. in order to teach compass points Most geometric drawings will benefit from the larger 180 degree protractor, while smaller figures will benefit from the pocket-sized protractor.
) They're made of tough clear plastic and are as accurate as any other similar product I've seen. Three of each are included, for a total of four. A 6-inch protractor, a 12-inch protractor, and a 12-inch protractor a 6-inch protractor, and a 6-inch protractor inch protractor that can be rotated 360 degrees It was a perfect fit for my needs at the time, and it was a great value for the money!.
Grandkids, on the other hand, have yet to put them to use, but I'm sure the identical triplets (all boys) will. I'll try to keep you updated once they've used them. Grandma made a mistake when she bought them.
br>We needed a protractor and none of the stores in our area had one in stock. br>For the price, it appeared to be a good deal. br>Adequate quality for the price, and we now have extras.
(This is required for Quarantine homeschooling. ) ) Great price as well; we purchased enough to share with classmates in care packages that we'll deliver. In the corner, there's even a Mr. Pen logo!.
I didn't buy these for myself; instead, I bought them as a donation to a college math lab. br>The instructor for my class informed me that she didn't have many protractors for students to use, so I purchased a set, kept one, and donated the rest.
I'm not a math person, but this protractor makes me want to do something with it, so I bought it for my 7th grade daughter. It was a hit with her. I gave some to a student in need and kept some just in case my daughter broke the one she already had. I strongly suggest it. br>br> Quality and value are both outstanding.
