In Tombstone, Arizona, I lead a tour of an old silver mine and keep a small flashlight hidden in my shirt pocket. I noticed the light was wearing a hole in the bottom of my pocket about a week ago; The light, on the other hand, is critical for my tour. I bought a pocket protector to keep the flashlight from ruining my shirt; I went with leather because I thought it would look better on a 19th century mine tour than a plastic protector. I also liked that it was described as "heavy duty," because I keep something much larger in my pocket than a pen. I've only had the protector for a day, but it's already proven to be very effective. It's a good fit for the flashlight, and it protects my shirt pocket from further wear. While no 1881 miner wore a pocket protector, it does not look out of place on a 21st-century tour guide and does a good job of holding my flashlight where I can quickly access it.
br>br>These small items clip onto the pocket's edge, but the items I put inside can clip onto an intermediate edge, excluding the pocket's thickness. This makes it easier for me to have my odd assortment of items: br>br> A mechanical pencil, a penlight, a Jotter pen, a capacitive touch screen "poker," a tire pressure gauge, a small screwdriver, or any of a number of other gadgets I believe I may require at any time. And it's more effective than any other solution I've seen so far. br>br>And the pocket isn't messed up! br>br>I ordered two different "brands" that turned out to be the same. So. keep in mind.
Having this pocket protector serves as a physical reminder to take an extra second or two to put the pen in an easily accessible location so I don't waste time looking for one in my workspace. Because it's a little bulky, there's little chance I'll forget it's in my pocket, wash it by accident, and smear ink all over my scrubs. Although I've only had the protector for a week, it appears to be of good quality and long-lasting. It's also a plus that I got three for a reasonable price. This purchase has exceeded my expectations in every way.
Excellent value for money. Solidly constructed, and if you're going to be a pocket-protecting Nerd, like me, make sure you're the most fashionable Nerd around.
There's enough space for a penlight, and there's plenty of it. a pen-driver tip, a black sharpie, a red pen, and a pen-driver tip alcohol spray bottle in a vintage style for cleaning touch-ups glass for flatbed scanners and screens They're made of excellent leather and come in a three-pack, so they'll last you until retirement! Deal of the Century!.
These are very tough, but they aren't black like I wanted. Yes, it's black leather, but the Gray backside pops against my black work shirts when turned inside out. I was really hoping for black in the exposed areas. I should've taken a closer look at the image. duh.
Thank you very much.
It's a good pocket protector; I work in the automotive industry and it's held up well.
