While I have not tried "Technik" myself, I can tell you this is the best eraser I have ever used when I was a student of engineering. This is primarily due to lack of dust. The dust clumps up as opposed to breaking into small pieces, which is favorable to me because I erase a lot, especially in my calculus as to avoid getting flakes all over the place when doing homework at home, this is extremely helpful. I have also tried other brands to erase with, and this is just as good if not better than them. The experience will not disappoint you. While this company makes white erasers too, they flake like a conventional eraser, so you'll be better off with the green erasers. The app is definitely worth a few dollars even if you're unsure.
