The school my son attends uses them, and it makes a noticeable difference in his focus levels. With most of the kids in the class, they use them with him because he is autistic.
For the past two years, I have been using the bands in my first grade classroom and have not had one student trip on them. In addition to helping them focus, I'm confident they also help with their motor skills. The third year of my plan, and I have purchased more.
The straps are tight enough to stay in place unless the child is pushing down with all his or her Both dining chairs and desks in schools can be repaired by the same technique. A 100% satisfaction guarantee is offered if for any reason they do not work out.
The cost is low enough to buy one for each of the students, so I gave them all a go. Students, with the exception of two, choose to use these websites & My kids benefit from them (of course, one of them doesn't like them, that's why I bought them! ). Nevertheless, that's what I would do in order to avoid singling out students or something Thus far, I have been very happy with the product.

My unsatisfied review has caused the company to refund my account through Amazon, precisely on the basis of They never got in touch with me, nor did I return the merchandise. It was just notified via email by Amazon that the refund was being issued. As a result, I was impressed, as they stand behind their products and offer customer guarantees. Due to this, I increased the stars to 3 and a half In regards to the bands for my age group of students, I feel the same, but I am inclined to give credit for the fact that the company treats its clients fairly. Solace seems to be one of the companies out there that are willing to help. A few of these were bought for middle school classrooms to try for a while after we tested out the Bouncy Bands, which we loved, but we couldn't *Proposition has the following advantages Cheap to buy at $3 a piece, easy to install. The cons are If your desk legs do not come to a natural stop, you will fall to the ground. Don't let kids get too silly with them. Snap their legs if they get too silly. When this type of student joins the class, they tend to make noises and twang, so I had to do a lot more classroom management than I expected for a while until the class got used to them. A lot of dirt will get on them right away, looking unattractive. I wouldn't say it's too strong- A durable shoe that can handle middle school feet A total of two of ten bands already have tears, so they have to be removed. Working on a way to prevent them from sliding down the legs (testing out multiple layers of electrical tape as a "stop" on the desk legs) and turning them in such a way that they only have one surface instead of two, which means my legs won't twist or snap. This band is not nearly as good as bouncy bands as they are totally quiet, have no problems, do not slip down, and are far more durable. However, they are so much more expensive. Due to lack of funds, we have to make do with 32 desks for $15. In the near future I'll try some heavy duty exercise bands that are black (so they won't show dirt) that sound about the same as these kick bands and are about the same price. It would cost 50 cents a piece less if the modifications were the same. There have even been attempts to use Gatorade bottles as stops so that they don't slip to the floor, with some success (our awesome custodian came up with the idea and a test pair) but they sound awful and they aggravate the neighbor. Please do not - This is awesome. My next update will be in a month or so to let you know how the.
They seem to be snapping already in October, so I don't understand how they are supposed to last the school year. It is impossible for me to afford to replace them as they snap because I am on a tight budget. There is no doubt that there is a possibility that I will be disappointed in this product.
I really like the concept of these kick bands, and my students seem to enjoy Having 12 students and 10 bands in each box is overly pricey (I have 12 students and 10 bands in each box) and so I do not like the price. It also bothers me that they easily slide down my students' chairs and require constant adjusting. The rubber smells so strongly on them as well. The bands seem to stay in place and are quite durable, but that wasn't what I expected from these as they were so expensive. Rather than this brand, I will try a different one.
My son takes them to his school, and the teacher places them on most of the chairs there. My son bought a second cheaper kind, and when he tried it out, he said his friends argued over chairs with the green bands because they didn't slide down the legs. I think it's worth it to spend a little extra.
I have been doing this for 2 1/2 years & still For the last two and a half years, I have been having these for my 1st grade class. You can see that they're quite a bit used by little feet throughout the day, as you can see in the photo. In this case, it's been turned around and flipped upside down, which is the purpose of fidgety figures I just have to remind them that it is a privilege to have a band, and that it can be lost very easily. Some kids get extremely excited and can get quite loud with their band, but they can also As soon as the noise stops, it stops completely. My furniture only comes in 12 pieces, and I've recently been trading my six wobble chairs with the other regular ones, but I would like to keep all those in one place at my work table where those visitors Now that everyone has access to a chair band because of another purchase, we can easily provide everyone with one. The cheap ones tend to tear and rip, so I reviewed a few. In order to invest in what I already know was a solid investment, I decided to return to these and spend the money now.
It has been a great addition to our special education classroom to include kick bands. Student's who have engaged in very obvious fidgeting behaviors (always going to their desks and looking around) It has been possible to slowly replace maladaptive behaviors, such as flapping of the hands, with more appropriate ones, through developing stimulatory behaviors. Those who participate in these kick bands should bounce their feet on them in an appropriate manner. Having a hyperactive student who disrupts their own or their peers' learning is a problem this product can solve. As a teacher, I would recommend this product to you. This is an excellent product that is very sturdy. We have been using them for quite a while and they haven't broken.
We have 30 students in this class right now- In addition to 6 IEPS patients, there were another 5 ADHD patients, and the majority had trauma suffered. Many of these students are very difficult to focus on and do not have the ability to stay seated. A great deal has been achieved by using these bands. There are times I do have to remind students to be quiet when using them For my students, they have however provided a great outlet for their energy.
The chairs are just what I needed for my sons with ADHD to sit at the table with us for dinner, and for their desk chairs so they can do their homework. These exercise bands are of the same high quality as those I have from this brand, that have been tested to hold up to tug-of-war, and I'm very glad I have them.
There is a slight gap around the chair legs after a while, but it does not slip down. The only complaint is that they make a loud "boing" sound when the kids use them Children might hear a "boing" sound (Rubber Bands are basically enormous) which can be distracting to other children. In the five weeks that I've had them on, none of them have snapped, so they're pretty solid. I would like two more sets to be able to use on all of my chairs, but I need to write a grant.
