I assumed the first set's short lifespan was due to chance, but the second set was just as bad. They look fantastic, and the children adore them, but the plastic tags are prone to breaking.
This has been an excellent purchase for my classroom as a long-time teacher. These are very durable, and you get a complete set for a reasonable price; they are still holding up well in my high school classroom halfway through the second quarter. I would strongly suggest it.
I adore the colors and the fact that they are all extremely long-lasting. I teach fourth grade, and I have my students sign in and out for bathroom breaks, etc. I love that there is a blue for boys and a red for girls. There are passes for OFFICE, HALL PASS, LIBRARY, and NURSE on a lanyard, which I like. It provides a visual for me as a teacher to see where my students are in the event of a fire drill or lockdown drill at a glance.
My only recommendation to the company is that the restroom passes be done as non-refundable. Specific to one gender. Gender-based discrimination is frowned upon in some schools (including my own). passes that are unique I have a cameo silhouette and will be making some changes to the tags to make them more neutral. I'll also rename it "Media Center" instead of "Library. " Teenagers are notorious for being rough on plastic (and everything else), so we'll see how these hold up.
These hall passes are ideal because they are made of sturdy plastic and come in pairs. If you send a friend, it'll be perfect for kindergarten. I like how the photos show where everyone is going. I'd buy it again, and I highly recommend it!.
I was blown away!.
My only gripe is that the plastic isn't as durable as it should be. These are really cute and practical for my classroom and keeping track of where my students are being sent. The lanyards are of good quality. My only gripe is that the plastic tag is very prone to breaking. All of the cracks and breaks in both of my bathroom passes have been taped up.
I've had these hall passes for a couple of years and they're fantastic! I like how they're made of plastic and can be wiped clean if necessary. They're also bright and noticeable. The symbols also make it simple for Kindergartners to determine which pass they should take.
