Avery 5-Tab Dividers for 3 Ring Binders, Customizable Table of Contents, Multicolor Tabs, 1 Set (11131)

I'm not pleased at all with these! They appeared to be fantastic. I couldn't wait to incorporate them into my students' research binders. I can't see the divider tabs in the sections because I inserted page protectors with pages in them. The extra width provided by using page protectors on the papers is enough to cover everyone. These would be suitable for regular loose leaf paper or hole punched handouts, but not for page protector pockets. When I'm flipping through binders and can't tell which section I'm in, it's extremely frustrating. It's far too time-consuming to find articles by section. Ughhh.

Here's one tip: BEFORE printing the table of contents page, make sure you've finished finalizing the order of your documents. If you re-print the tabs, you won't be printing directly on them, because you won't be printing directly on the tabs themselves. You must re-order them if you want them. I've come to expect Avery to deliver high-quality products, and these dividers don't disappoint. Functional, long-lasting, and most importantly, cost-effective. friendly. Because I'm a freelancer, I have to pay for all of my supplies, so I'm always on the lookout for high-quality items that aren't too expensive. The dividers themselves are a good thickness and have a pleasant feel to them. The paper quality is also excellent, as it effectively retains the printer ink. br>br>Logging into the Avery website and selecting the appropriate template was a breeze. The software's user interface was simple to use and provided sufficient options for me to customize the look to my liking. When working with this type of system, it's nice when everything goes smoothly. The last thing you want to do is waste time navigating your way through the menus in search of the font tool. br>br>Overall, a great product and price; the only reason I didn't give it five stars was because the package was a little bent when it arrived, and almost every page had a crease on it. So four out of five stars for the shipping handler and five out of five stars for Avery.

When you only have a single table, this style of tab divider is extremely simple to use. Instead of writing subjects on small slips of card that you insert into a hollow tab, create a contents page that lists the section heads. I recently needed to organize a lot of paperwork (assisting an estate executor), and having a variety of tab dividers on hand was extremely helpful. br>br>The holes are reinforced, but the index page is not as heavy-duty. I also have to re-feed myself from time to time because I'm not losing as much weight as I'd like. For both of these reasons, the front page receives a lot of use and wear, and should be stronger (or perhaps they could include a few index pages for when you re-write the contents). do the material). I bought these to help me keep track of the printed quilting patterns I keep in page protector sleeves. The page protectors, however, extend nearly an inch beyond the tab's outside edge, so I can't see the tabs. The table of contents feature was the primary reason I desired these specific tabs. My expectation was for the page protector to extend to about the outside edge of the tab (though I admit I didn't measure the page protectors to make sure this was the case). They're still useful and preferable to a binder with no tabs containing all of the patterns.

Was simple and quick, making my life a lot easier - When it comes to paperwork, there is no such thing as too much. Next year's taxes will be a breeze to prepare. Everything is in its proper place and ready to go. It was reasonably priced, convenient in that I could use it with six notebooks, arrived quickly, and was well packaged.
