Is the weight of these folders comparable to the Smead 14931 folders, which Amazon sells for nearly twice the price?

I'm not sure if there's a direct comparison, but these are a lot of work. I use them for a period of two years at a time and they are very durable. I've never had a problem with the quality of the product.

Is it up to par?

Depending on your definition of the word "good." They aren't quite as thick as some, but they will suffice!

Is it safe to deliver?

I've had no issues with them, and they've always arrived on time and in good shape.

In comparison to previous purchases of the "same" item, this was a huge disappointment

In the last couple of years, I've ordered these folders twice. Although these new folders appear to be the same as the previous two boxes, they are noticeably thinner. I'll keep them and use them because I'm at a loss for what to do with them. However, I will not order these online again because I am not confident that the quality will not deteriorate further. What is going on with everything's quality?.

This is a substantial piece. The photos don't show it, but they're made of card stock. The color is also appealing to me.

They aren't as they once were

Although it has been decades since I purchased some, the design and clip have remained virtually unchanged. The only thing missing is the card stock. I'm moving old stuff (rarely accessed) into these folders and using the old ones for weekly use files because it's a lot thinner than it used to be.

It's a good-looking piece, but it's a little pricey

A colleague suggested these folders. worker because they hold up well when used on a daily basis to monitor the progress of patients. The manila folders had served me well in the past, but they were beginning to fall apart after a few months. These are still in good condition. I'm currently placing an order for more. I deducted one star because they are pricey, but I like that they come with fasteners already installed, so I don't have to purchase those separately.
