Questions & Answers
The length of this item is fixed because it is screwed together. It has a total length of 16 inches. I suppose you could just use one of them because they come in two pieces, but it wouldn't look as finished.
2 1/4" in width
One section's end is stacked on top of the end of the other. I didn't see the point in securing them once they were filled with files, but I would recommend using cable ties instead.
It is possible to divide it into two sets, but not into three or four.

It is extremely flimsy. It appears to be swaying in the video. I was optimistic after reading the reviews that I would receive a high-quality product, but I am extremely disappointed. I won't be able to return it because I purchased two other items to fill in the gaps.
The screw holes, however, were a problem for me. I was able to manoeuvre one of them because it was slightly out of place. Take care of it as a group. Another was nearly cut through because it was cut very close to the edge. I had to zip tie another piece together because another hole was far too small. Despite the errors, they were simple to correct and did not necessitate the use of any tools. If you can't tighten the screws with your fingers, you'll need a screwdriver. This is one of my favorites because it's essentially a two-in-one: I can use it standing up to create small shelves or laying down to organize files.
The unit is actually divided into four tray sections, which do not connect as two single units as shown in the picture. To make one of the two shown in the photo, you'll need to zip tie two of the four units together. They're also very easy to slide across your desk. To keep the unit from sliding, use a small piece of material or rubber to attach to the bottom metal supports.
This is ideal for my office at work. All of my order pads and folders can be sorted. It can easily hold three ring binders.
This does exactly what it says, except it does not "connect" the dots. You'll almost certainly need to zip tie it to keep it in place. It's still strong enough to hold binders and books. As a result, I'm still happy with it. br>br>One issue I had was that the hold placement on each piece was not exact, so you had to kind of force it. However, it is effective.
This was extremely helpful in organizing and accessing stacks of papers, folders, magazines, and notebooks on my bookshelf. I like how they connect so I can make it shorter or longer as my needs change.
It's actually two pieces, which was a pleasant surprise! There are now TWO file sorters in my office!.
This product that I bought keeps popping up on my home page, requesting a review. It's possible that it'll go away now.
