Hello Debra, I'm afraid I don't have a video, but it's fairly simple to use. It's made so that you can sort papers up to 8 1/2 x 11" while still seeing all of the tabs. Simply lift the tab you're using and slide the paper beneath it. It'll hold a lot of papers, believe me. It's what I use to sort all of my students' papers before filing them. Of course, everything is sorted by first letter only, but that still makes alphabetizing easier.
Without covering the letter, lift up each letter and place an entire 8 1/2 by 11 or larger piece of paper under the tab. Sorting information is a great idea. It helps me sort through 100 medical forms for the Special Olympics. There is no limit to how many pages can be hidden behind a tab. There are also tabs for numbers. This is an excellent item for sorting papers.

2 must be purchased To find the answer, look at the last line: br>I liked how you could sort by alphabet, date, month, and other formats. It now saves my assistant hours each week by eliminating the need for filing backups, misfiled documents, and searches, as well as stacks of procrastination files. BUY 2! Because someone in your office will always forget to return yours.
I've made a few of these in the past, and I figured it was time to buy one rather than make another for my students to destroy. The plastic sorter is well-made, and it can be adjusted to fit slightly larger papers. I've read some negative reviews about how the flaps don't fully open, but I think that's a good thing. As a result, the papers, in my opinion, are held in better shape. The only thing I wish I could do is order a bigger one. Each time I sort, I need around 40 sleeves, and this doesn't quite meet that requirement.
This Pendaflex Alphabetical Sorter is extremely deceptive. Sorters appear to be commonplace in many workplaces. This sorter, on the other hand, does not fully open. Other nice sorters open all the way back, allowing you to get a lot of pages in between each alphabet. Only a few pages can be inserted into this Pendaflex Sorter. It's a waste of money, and it's not even functional.
Not at all like the image. I've bought this product before at different jobs, so I know it's a good one, but this one was defective.
She'd been looking for a second one for a long time, so I checked Amazon and, YAY, it directed me right to it! I actually wrapped it for her for a surprise 60th birthday party, and it received more positive feedback than any of her other gifts! (Can't say I blame her; she's been a pain to work with. ) Since we were little kids, we've wanted to be a businesswoman, and things like this are a big hit. Well- made, sturdy, and even better than the one she had previously. That isn't something you can say about a lot of things! It's fantastic for sorting - I use it all the time. It's a small thing, but it makes a huge difference. I would strongly suggest it.
I didn't realize this sorter had a fixed binding, which I didn't realize. The spiral binding makes it easier to fit more papers into each section. This will be used at home, so it will not be put to a lot of use right away, but it will be used to sort a lot of papers at first. I would have purchased the sorter with the black plastic circular edging that opens fully and expands to fit the contents as they are added if I had noticed the differences in binding. It's perfectly functional, but I think I'd prefer the spiral type binding because that's what I'd used at work. Before you place an order, take a close look at the photos. It's a fine product, but it's not as well suited to my needs as the other sorter. It receives a five-star rating in terms of quality. I was pleased with the pricing and the speed with which the company delivered the product.
This has always been the best way to keep a stack of papers organized. You can sort it numerically, by date, alphabetically, or any other way you want. The most effective way to keep papers organized!.
I have previously used this style of product, and I purchased it for my own use in-house. I'm curious about the lesser-known employees in the office. With a variety of reasonably priced options, it should be able to pay for itself over time.
