Selected User Reviews For Mindspace Multi Step File Organizer | Desk File Organizer | Stackable Letter Tray | The Wire Collection, Black
Plastic feet were missing, which was a big deal. The seller, Mindspace, saw my review and reached out to me directly to make things right. ,br>Today, I received the plastic feet, which now make this purchase completely functional and worthwhile. br>I'd like to express my gratitude to the Mindspace staff, who I believe went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. They deserve kudos! br>This desk organizer is a must-have for everyone. It is ideal.
Only two foot covers were included in the shipment. This is very disappointing because I ordered two before this one and they came with a pouch of extra feet covers, but I used them all on the previous ones that were missing a few, so I can't use this new one without scratching my desk. br>br>This was a single package, and I can confirm that the sealed box contained no extra pieces.
Unfortunately, this item arrived bent, with three of the four leg rubber covers missing. I paid full retail price for what appeared to be a used or returned item. The packaging was also haphazard, leaving me disappointed.
The file organizer does exactly what it says it will do and is extremely useful. br>br>However, one of the four white plastic caps that keeps the "foot" from scratching the desk was missing when it arrived. To keep that foot from scratching my new desk, I had to fold a piece of paper and place it underneath it. br>br>I have to assume that whoever filled the order was in a hurry and didn't care because there was no additional packing or items in the box (no "stuffing") and the box was not damaged! br>br>Because the price was so low, it's not worth returning. I'll make do with what I have.
This file organizer is one of my favorites. I work as a teacher in the public school system. It has aided in the organization of my workspace. I've been using it for quite some time now. It's still going strong. When it was first delivered, one of the foot caps was missing. I informed my employer. Foot replacements were sent out. The item is now in its final form. It appeals to me. Anyone who needs to organize their desk should use it, in my opinion.
One of the four rubber foot treads on this item was missing when I received it. I returned it for a refund and placed another order for it. One of the rubber foot treads on the second one was also missing. For $18? Thank you, but no thanks. You'll save time and effort. This was not a wise investment.
CHEAP! THIS ISN'T VALUE FOR MONEY AT ALL. BUY A VERSION FOR TEN DOLLARS. It's okay—very basic—apart from the fact that it's too expensive. The dividers were bent when they arrived, but they were simple to straighten; just add some small rubber feet and you're ready to go.
It fulfills my requirements for sorting papers and presenting file folders in a readable format. It's well-made, and it looks great in my office.
