Dear Sir or Madam,The maximum number of characters on the second line is 35, and there is no additional charge.

Is it possible to add one more character to the second line?

That, I believe, would be dependent on the size of the lettering. Adding more characters would be easier with the small font. Over the years, I've used a variety of name plates, some of which had a longer second line than the main line, but the lower line lettering was a couple of sizes smaller.

When it finally arrived, I was ecstatic. It took nearly a month to arrive, and I had no idea it came from China. If I had known about the corona issues, I would not have purchased it. I would have preferred to buy from a retailer in the United States.

Then, on October 27, my local post office, USPS, delivered it to my door. So far, this product has been of WONDERFUL QUALITY. I'm extremely pleased with myself.
