One line should suffice, and it should be centered on the plate.

You certainly can! Simply enter your two lines of text during the ordering process, followed by "(logo)" on the first or second line to let us know you'll be sending a logo. If you're sending a logo, make sure it's completely black and devoid of any color. It's best to use a high-resolution PNG file.

Expectations were exceeded

As a last-minute graduation present for our son, we ordered this item. We chose this one because it was the only one that said it would be ready at the very least by the end of the weekend. We received an email from them stating that they didn't have the wood we wanted and asked if we would be willing to accept another. We just wanted one, so we said yes. Early in the process, we received a BEAUTIFULLY completed piece. In other words, ahead of schedule. The item was flawless, and it arrived in excellent condition. In a nutshell, we couldn't be happier. Not only this product, but also this company, would I recommend.

It's not even close to being a dark brown. I didn't like it. It's not a dark brown at all, as the photo suggests - Who the hell has a rosewood red desk? It's the brightest Rosewood Red I've ever seen in my life. Aside from that, the plate was lovely, and the graphic was overlaid A. In addition, customer service issued me a refund without hesitation. That's a major plus. Just make sure you understand that this is a BRIGHT RED, not something that looks like it could be a shade of brown - The images are not only deceiving, but they also completely misrepresent the situation.

Non-solid versus solid It has a cheap vibe to it

Although it is clearly a synthetic composition, the product is fairly solid and has a nice glossy wood pattern. It also has a nice weight to it, which is a plus! br>br>Because they wouldn't honor a return, I was prepared to give a negative review. One of the words in the product I received was not capitalized, as I had requested. They sent me a screenshot of my order, and it was my fault, not theirs, that I had made a mistake. It's difficult to argue with that, though it would be nice if they would collaborate with me on it. I like the product, but I'll probably look for something else to replace it with.

I immediately notified Griffco, who responded quickly and promised to send out another one as soon as possible with the correct name. They did, and the corrected name plate is on its way to us.
