In addition to being thin and somewhat flexible, they are also pretty light. But, unless someone were trying on purpose to snap them in two, you probably wouldn't break them too easily. A classroom would probably work fine with this.

They are intended for use by my art students in grades 3 through 8 It is made from pretty cheap plastic, but it is very Any flexing of the poles will result in their breaking. It got tested out and some were broken by my 3rd and 4th grade students right away. I still considered this a fantastic deal, since my biggest class at a time has 30 students, so I had enough to give everyone a Furthermore, I like that each one is different in color.
In terms of what they are, they are rulers, but the numbers aren't below the long lines instead they are beside the long lines. This makes them confusing to use, and long lines aren't really that much different from 1/2, and 1/4" marks,.
A ruler with this brand of markings lasts a long time and remains accurate. It is this brand of ruler that we buy for our science and math.
appreciate that I were able to get so many for so low a cost, but I will need to replace these soon since they don't seem to be super durable. Then some started cracking after I kept them in my classroom for a month.
They were well-made and a good price. I think it is reasonably priced and delivers good value. The school requested them from me - A supply fund drive is underway.
This is unfortunate since they cannot be used by 10th graders.
