Per the specs on Amazon, the cart is designed to accommodate up to a 13" Chromebook or Tablet. It is my understanding that a 13 is the minimum. There is no room for the 3" Chromebook 3380 from Dell. It is impossible to close the doors. You can charge the devices with or without plugging in the chargers. No, a 14" Chromebook will not function with the software.
