It weighs less than ten pounds. 5 is probably a better estimate.

What is the length of the chain that hangs from the ceiling?

I didn't count how long it was, but it was far too long for what I needed. I hung it from an 8-foot suspended ceiling in my office, and it had an extra 2 feet of change that I didn't use. More than that is possible. I'm sorry, but I have no recollection.

What is the thickness of the sheets? I need precise measurements in order to purchase hinges to join multiple sheets together. ?

Appropriate for our needs

They work well because they won't be knocked down and fall on someone inadvertently, so I have two of them hanging over my reception counter in my accounting office. Because my receptionist sits below these, a stand-alone type would have been risky. The chains that come with it could be more attractive, as they are merely utilitarian in appearance. Apart from that, I'm happy with my purchase.

A little deceiving

Above all, keep in mind that this item DOES NOT WEIGH FIVE POUNDS. I can easily lift one of the holes by sticking my pinkie finger in one of them. For how light this is, $49 is way too much money. A more appropriate amount would be $25. This does, however, serve as a barrier to prevent my cats from stealing food from the stove.

Good quality, attractive packaging, and clear instructions

Although it was a little on the pricey side, the panel's quality was excellent. It was a little difficult to peel off the protective sticky sheet, and some adhesive residue had to be cleaned with WD-40. Aside from that, the plexiglass was excellent, and I ended up ordering another. I am pleased with my purchase.

It is simple to set up. If you're hanging something into drywall, I recommend getting a 5/8 anchor screw with hook. br>I received assistance from my daughter and husband.
