It's a crapshoot to see what you'll end up with. Plastic bins were the only thing that was delivered. No shelf. It appears that the shelf went to the other reviewer, while the bins went to me. Bins were nice, but I'm returning them because the price I paid for the bins alone was not worth it. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> This is the fourth time I've ordered the same shelf. Only the tubs were delivered the first and second times. Both times, it was the same box. So I returned it the first time and repurchased it, only to receive the same box in the mail the second time. The third time, I was successful in obtaining the shelf. The shelf is of good quality, and for the price I paid, I'll keep it, even though it's missing the tubs; the fourth time I ordered, I only received another set of tubs. As a result, they'll be returned. It's a shame because it's a lovely shelf, and I had hoped to get a second one. Given that I was supposed to get both the shelf and the tubs together, it would be fantastic if they would let me keep the tubs and refund one purchase. br>br>Lowering to one star because ordering this and needing the shelf by a specific time would be like playing the lottery. It may or may not arrive. Who knows if you'll be able to get everything. The product's quality isn't an issue here. br>br>I believe the issue is that the product is packaged in two boxes, and it appears that the Amazon system is only grabbing one of them and shipping it as if it were complete.
It's on the small side, so double-check the measurements to make sure it's what you're looking for! It's the perfect size for my daycare and holds a lot of stuff! I'm going to get a second one right away.
The cubby trays were not included in any way.
The picture shows it to be 12 inches tall, but the description says it is 27 inches tall (just over 2 feet tall). $150 for a wood cubby that is no more than 2 feet tall by 2 feet wide. 5 feet in width What the hell is going on here?.
