Great knife for painting! Michele Byrne, a fantastic plein air palette knife painter, recommended this knife to me
5/5

She was absolutely correct in her assessment. It's an excellent painting knife!br>br>The knife's blade is very flexible and easy to work with when painting or mixing paints. I have a decent collection of palette knives, and this is now my favorite. br>br>In addition to its flexibility, the blade's finish is excellent, and the smooth finish makes it very easy to clean. It also appears to be attractive. The shape and size are ideal for painting. br>br> br>br>This palette knife in particular, as well as RGM as a whole, are now my go-to tools. knives for the palette!.

It's wonderful to be nostalgic
5/5

Before it broke, I had this particular pallet knife for 14 years. It was wonderful to come across it again. There isn't a better knife in my opinion, as I've purchased several others and they've all broken in less than a year. I'm so glad I came across this again!.

It's wonderful! I purchased two of these palette knives and am very pleased with them
5/5

Paint mixing is just as important as painting, and having such a beautiful palette knife is like having the perfect brush. It certainly is! br>br>I was using cheap craft store palette knives and didn't give it a second thought until they scratched my expensive glass palette. I immediately noticed a difference in mixing after getting my hands on these. These knives have nice smooth edges that give the impression that you're moving butter around your palette. They're well-made, and the wooden handles are lovely. They have a long lifespan in my opinion. br>br>I also appreciate the variety of sizes and shapes, which is crucial. Everyone has a preference, and even a few millimeters can make a big difference. My only complaint is that I wish the sizes were also in inches; it took me a long time to figure out which one I wanted after translating the sizes, but it is what it is. They're Italians, by the way!.

I like how flexible this painting knife is, and it works well with both oil and acrylic paints
5/5

Rustproof, smooth, and gleaming. The knife is stainless steel with a wood handle, brass ferrule, and brass ferrule. I like the shape, but it's just a personal preference; it doesn't make the knife any better or worse. The weld's durability will be tested. My old knife died in this manner. After a while, the weld just gave up and broke. It wasn't this particular brand (RGM). I'm hoping for a little better quality with this knife. The only way to find out is to wait. Don't be hesitant to make a purchase from this firm. It appears to be a very nice (higher quality) brand based on my research.

Nice!
5/5

I have two more RGM knives that I use for oil paint mixing. This one appeals to me because it allows me to easily scoop out paint that I've saved from small containers. It's so simple with the flat tip, and I don't waste any valuable pigments. The flex of the blade is ideal. Not too rigid and not too pliable. The handle is solid wood, as is the case with all RGMs, and is securely attached to the metal part. Let the Italians handle it!.

Excellent quality and versatility
5/5

I have several painting knives, but this one is especially lovely. The blade is light and springy, allowing you to control tooling marks and small details with precision. It's well-made. The flat tip has proven to be far more useful than I anticipated. If you work with knives, you'll want to get this one. I only use it with acrylics with a lot of body, but it also works well with oil.
