There are cracks in one of the rocks. There aren't many rocks in the world that are bigger than one. 5 inch. This isn't what they say, so don't fall for it.

This year, I decided to join in on the rock painting craze. This is a fantastic activity for both adults and children. These are a good size, and I got a lot more than I anticipated. Excellent craftsmanship. The paint sticks well to the surface. Also, a good flat surface on which to place a magnet to hang on the refrigerator. When I'm out of money- I'll place another order.

The rocks are nice, but they aren't suitable for painting. A thin waxy layer on rocks prevented paint from adhering properly. However, for painting, it is a good size.

The majority of the rocks I received were chipped or cracked. Although the product image depicts a more uniform consistency, these are rocks, and not all of them are alike. Simply put, it appears that QA does not take the time to ensure that the photo quality is accurately represented. Someone I know purchased similar ones from a different dealer, and they were all smooth and complete. Because the other dealer was out of stock, I went with a similar rock genre, but these aren't nearly as good. It specifies three. I don't want to go through the trouble of returning them because they were 5 inch, but most of them were closer to 3 inch. I'll find another use for them, but I'm not going to purchase from this seller again.

I believe I was part of the "bad batch. " These are supposed to be flat and smooth when purchased so that they can be painted on. In the image from ONE ORDER, you can see that five of the nine stones are grossly defective, indicating that someone was looking the other way while packing this order. Of course, they'll be returned, and I'll be on the lookout for a new supplier!.

I had previously purchased these rocks and had always been pleased with them. (This is the only reason I gave them four stars this time; I'm hoping it's a one-time occurrence. ) I would have given them a lower rating if not for this. ) The texture of the rocks used to be uniformly smooth, which is exactly what I need. This time, there are a few that appear to have been picked up in someone's back yard, and they're pitted. Large fissures can be found in some of the smoother rocks. The majority are smaller in size than my previous purchases, and they also cost more. As I previously stated, I am hopeful that this is a one-time issue. If I get another shipment like this, I'm going to have to start looking for them elsewhere.

She showed me what she had purchased, and I went outside, under our deck, and brought in a handful of similar rocks that I had purchased from a home improvement store. At the store, 1/2 a cubic foot (approximately 20 lbs. ) costs around $3. worth). These? These are quite pricey!.
