I am blown away by the quality of this Blank 1U Space panel. The G-8036 was purchased so that I could use it with TC Electronic's G-8036 An operating system. It has been taken from the Control Board and I have mounted it on a rack of 19" 1U. A 1U space plate will be used to restore structural integrity to the Control Board after the 1U GFX01 Brain had been removed. This 1U space plate has the following features Solid* Heavy* Rigid- You will not have to twist the plates like thin plates, which are twice as expensive.

The wire grommets I mounted on one panel were the same ones used to mount the 8 speaker jacks on another panel. I was able to machine the aluminum a lot faster than I was able to with steel panels. In my career spanning over 40 years, I have dealt with a variety of these types of installations. Aluminum was my first ever experience with a panel of this kind. It's amazing how much different it is. When I install it again, I will buy this product.

Each of the items was flawlessly finished, and they were packaged in such a way as not to chip or scratch. An added bonus was that they came with all of the hardware I needed to install them in my rack (cage nuts and screws with nylon washers to protect the blanks).

A high-quality product that ranks among the best in its In comparison to sheet steel versions, this is far superior. Buying this model will give you the best results. I have never seen a rack that looks so good and has such a strong frame. Corrosion-resistant, and the finish is nice on the front face. The package was extremely well packaged. Further purchases of these would be welcome in the I have yet to come across a more efficient product. It was great to have a 1U size order can arrive on time. I had no issues with the order.

As for the brushed appearance, it matches well with my other pro audio gear that I already own. I have not yet modified it, but it seems to be very high quality. A wide variety of screws and washers were included, and the package was very well done to discourage The heavy duty, reinforced construction makes it durable. Due to the aluminum material, I hope that it will be easy to modify.

Even though the product I received meets my needs, it is not what I expected it Not a U channel, my expectations were for an aluminum panel that is 1/8" thick. The one I received will be used to fill the rack space since it serves my purpose.
