There is no alarm or light, but there is a window (or line, as my son put it) that displays the fluid level.
It varies depending on how much you use it; I had it set to automatic and it lasted about two hours.
A "flush" with warm distilled water and vinegar is required, according to the instructions. After that, before storing, refill with smoke oil.

I'll never throw another party without this fog machine. The machine is simple to set up and comes with a remote control and a button to start the fog. The biggest flex is that the remote has a small antenna that probably works without pulling it up, but it won't fog unless the antenna is all the way up; otherwise, it won't work. I had shown my friend the "secret button" earlier that day while we were setting it up, and it turned out that we were both causing fog throughout the night, without even realizing it. There was an excessive amount of fog in the house at that time. Someone became enraged by the fog machine and kicked the garage door open, pointing it outside. The fog was no longer present. We rushed to the fog machine to save it, refilling it with "Fog Worx," plugging it back in, and turning on the lights. The fog machine went into overdrive at this point. It stopped responding to the remote or the button and instead fogged up whenever it felt like it. For a good 30 minutes, the enraged fog machine would not stop spewing its wacky fog. We realized we'd lost control of the fog machine at that point, and the atmosphere it created for the rest of the night was the most incredible thing we'd ever witnessed. We accepted that the fog machine wanted what it wanted because we were lost in the fog. The fog machine began responding to the remote again not long after we came to terms with it. With great power comes great responsibility, I realized at this point. I handed the remote to someone else, who went crazy with the fog machine, but this move got everyone to stop yelling at me about the fog, so my friend and I kept pressing the secret fog button to keep the fog machine going wild. We only had to refill the machine twice after about 9 hours of continuous fog, and I'll be recommending it to all of my friends and family in the future. Throughout the evening, various things were said about the fog machine: br>br> br>br>"The vibe is impeccable" br>"The fog machine wants what the fog machine wants" br>"The fog machine is a wild animal" br>"There is fog throughout the entire house/garage and every door/window is open" br>"How does one little machine produce so much fog?" br>"How does one little machine produce so much fog?" br>"How does one little machine produce so much fog?" "br>"Without the fog machine, the vibe wouldn't have been the same"br>"The fog machine no longer responds to the remote"br>"We've lost all control of the fog machine".
I was taken aback by how much smoke it actually blew out. If you use it indoors, it will fill a 6,000 square foot home with smoke; if you use it on your front porch, it will fill the entire front of your house with smoke.
I've put it through a couple of tests to see how it works. br>It's very simple to use; simply follow the instructions. br>It takes a few minutes to warm up in my kitchen, as shown in the video. For the next 20 seconds, it spews "fog. " It turns off, warms up, and then spews for 20 seconds before shutting down again. It's about a minute of fog you're looking at. br>The fog lasts a long time, and the more you run it, the longer it stays. br>br>I'm having a lot of fun with this machine. Tonight, I'm going to do a trial run around my pool to see how it works in the water. br>br>I am extremely pleased with my purchase!.
Just look at the photos to see how amazing this thing is! I came in and out at regular intervals and had no issues with the lighting. The remote control was the only minor issue. It doesn't work, but it could be due to a lack of power.
The LED lights were turned on by flipping a switch. I double-checked that the remote's battery was charged (it was, since the IR light in the remote was glowing red). The LED lights, on the other hand, were never activated. The fog machine itself was functional, but I purchased it for the light feature (and thus overpaid for a simple fog machine). I also purchased for my Halloween event, only to discover that it was a Lemon too late. My expectations were shattered. I'm beginning a warranty return and replacement process with the seller, and I'll keep you updated on my progress. This has already been a very disappointing experience because I don't need a fog machine in my daily life, so I'll have to wait until next Halloween to try it out again.
The only oddity is that the Smoke machine and the LED have their own remote controls. It's strange that they didn't combine everything into one.
However, I like that it comes with a remote control that allows you to control the amount of fog output from a distance (similar to a pause button)! That's a really cool idea. Also, the party lights on it are fantastic. I didn't have to spend any more money on a disco ball because of it! A full tank of gas also lasts a long time! One of the most profitable investments I've ever made!.
I haven't had this machine long enough to judge its durability, but it has served me well in the short time I've had it. In the few weeks that I've had it, we've been able to use it to represent a focused dragon breathing fire, as well as a general area fogger during the after-party. The dragon play will be celebrated with a party. Both the focused and general functions performed better than we had anticipated for such a small, low-cost device. The fogger produced a great effect despite its low wattage (we were using batteries), and the only minor criticism is the set-up. the lights are turned on The combination of a button and a remote is a little clumsy at first, but it works once you get used to it.
