There's nothing wrong with this product. I purchased it a month ago, but it stopped working after that. The reviews made me believe the opposite. Reviewers can receive a $15 amazon credit if they provide a positive Sellers are being misled by Amazon and Amazon should do something to stop it.

Improvement 1) The cable does not come with the plug part that screwed into the wall outlet I had to use my phone's to put it in the outlet.
5) I missed a hook or something like that so I could place the machine higher so the baby could not reach. However, the bubbles are not blown near the ground, so even if you place it at the floor level, you will have gelled bubbles.

The old bubble machine looked like a whale and was shaped like a whale. A slick floor option is what I was hoping for, as well as the option to ride in a bubble. This purchase has caused a great deal of distress. During quarantine, I bought this one to make sure my son has something to do, but it was terrible. I had bought a cheap one at the dollar store and my son absolutely loved it, so I decided to splurge on this one because he loved his other one. In the 6 dollar one, there were many more bubbles than there were in this one. It was a horrible experience!.

The power requirements state that the device needs 5 volts and 2 amps, but the picture you see on the product website just shows a power bank you can use to power it. It's really not a big deal because the device plugs directly into the wall and functions as expected.

The bubble machine is not what it seems - don't be fooled! The bubbles create a lot of noise! Bubble machines made by this brand work better than those made by other brands. The battery pack is on top of the device, so that's one of its greatest features. It's on the bottom of other brands, so bubble solution leaks into it over time, ultimately resulting in the machine breaking. As a mom, I am pleased with this bubble machine as well, as my toddlers love it!.
