Standard foam machines create foam that covers the ground to simulate snow. However, if you want the foam to be in the air, you can do so. You'd need to rent one of our snowmobiles.

Customer service email on instructions didn't work because they were for a different model, so I had to figure it out on my own

There was no ingredient list on the gel, the instructions were overly complicated, and we didn't need all of the gel to make plenty of foam; I used 1 cup (8 oz) gel to 30 gals. It worked fine with half a gallon of water in a clean 32 gallon trash can. It's easier to store the gel than 5 gal. of gel that came with the machine, so we have enough gel for 7 more times. buckets of mixture with lids, which we didn't have or even require. I did, however, use a 5-gallon bucket. To make 30 gals of water, use a bucket to measure the amount of water needed. There should be a warning for parents to use caution when giving foam to their children, telling them not to breathe in it and to keep large amounts away from their faces. Aside from that, the gel did not irritate our skin, and after showering off the foam, our skin was clean and nicely moisturized. Overall, we had a great time after getting through the difficulties.

The party had been ruined

I tried to use it for my son's birthday party yesterday, but it only made foam for a few minutes before shutting down. There will be no foam party, and a little boy will be disappointed. My return window has now closed, and I have no idea who to contact for customer service; I am currently feeling ripped off.

Customer service is outstanding, and the product quality is outstanding as well! I strongly advise you to place an order with them! We needed an emergency foam machine in a hurry for my son's birthday party in a week, and they went above and beyond to answer all of our questions (on a Sunday) and deliver the machine in three days! It's simple to use and produces excellent results
