Yes. It has a microphone "through" interface. XLR- XLR-in and XLR-out You could use this box to plug in a microphone and then run the XLR out to another monitor.
It sounds fantastic for a 50-watt amp. High-quality materials
I'm not sure; I'm using it as a monitor.
It does not necessitate the use of a mixer or amplifier. I've used the monitor out to connect both my keyboard and my mixer. This is a fantastic monitor.

This was purchased to fill a void on our church's "stage" - a small area where some singers complained about not being able to hear themselves in the other on-stage areas monitors for the stage It was, after all, a legitimate concern. So I bought this little guy to assist, and it's perfect! Of course, the small size means the sound isn't complete, but who would expect complete sound from a tiny PA speaker/monitor? There are no significant issues, and the singers are content! There are no other controls or a feedback/buzz filter, so it gets a four-star rating.
Please don't be fooled by the price. These small boxes provide excellent monitoring for small venues, and their low power prevents them from becoming a nuisance for musicians who enjoy having their monitor blaring at full volume in their faces. They can be heard, but they shouldn't overpower your FoH mix. Setup and operation are simple.
This is my first powered speaker (though I've had a lot of gear in the past, both for live sound and recording). It accomplishes the task at hand, and the cost is reasonable. br>br>One suggestion for improvement - Make the mic input jack a combo jack that accepts a 1/4" connector as well. The line-level input doesn't have as much gain, but the mic level input is fine for everything from electric guitars to a cell phone's headphone output.
This is primarily a physical issue for me. br>In conclusion: br>It's small (which is good), but it's not portable (which is bad). I'm going to need two hands and a second microphone stand. br>Details: br>
1. Picking it up will require two hands. Why isn't there a handle on the top to help you lift it?
2. I figured it would fit on the same mic stand as my current mic (with some kind of physical coupling). This isn't the case; it's on its own mic stand, I assume.
It has a pleasant, unadulterated tone to it. What comes out of my mic or guitar has no coloration. It's adaptable: you can use it for a solo performance in a small background venue or as a monitor as part of a larger PA setup. For guitar/vocal gigs, you can connect a mic and line, or use it as an in-ear monitor. Monitor the line mic. It can be attached to a mic stand or placed on the floor. Whether it's a daisy-shaped flower or a daisy-shaped flower, tethered to the television- In a big concert, on a mixing board, or in a studio, It's a high-quality piece of equipment for some small coffee shop gig.
Excellent Speaker! However, on Musicians Friend for $79, this appears to be the SAME speaker labeled with a different brand! br>The Kustom KPC4P brand belongs to the musician's friend. I got one from each place, and they're both the same. Would recommend the speaker, but shop around as you may be able to save $30.
These were purchased for a night when my band was performing in a small venue. They worked perfectly after I ran them through the mixer's monitor output. Highs and mids are both excellent. With the small speakers, the bass can get a little fuzzy, but it's ideal for vocals, guitar, harmonica, and keyboards. For a smaller venue, it was plenty loud and clear.
It performs admirably as a middle sound speaker for vocals. It's absolutely wonderful. There is no way to go wrong with the price.
