Dimensions aren't the same, so I wouldn't buy it.
Although the cover does not include wheels, the actual QSC KS118 does.

I bought this cover for my brand new KS118 and installed it on my subwoofer a few months after it arrived. The handle holes did not line up at all, which was the first thing I noticed. In contrast to the image on Amazon, which shows a perfect cutout for the handle, when the cover is on, you can see half of the handle from the cutout on the cover. I believe the case they sent me was for the older KW181 rather than the newer KS118. Despite the fact that the case I purchased from AVBYFP fits the KS118, the handle holes do not line up at all. Seller AVBYFP should be avoided at all costs.
My investment will be well protected. Velcro straps secure 2 K12 powered uppers, mixing board, and cables in this heavy-duty construction. If you're performing, this is a must-have.
It's a perfect fit, and it looks good and rugged, which I like. The padding protecting my equipment is thick enough for me.
Sub is an excellent performer. The delivery was not so great, as it was damaged when it arrived.
Durability is excellent, but the cutout measurements are incorrect, and yes, I own the KS118.
I own two KW181 speakers, and this one outperforms them both. I'm definitely getting a second K118, and I'll be able to handle very large gigs with it. The beast is this.
The speaker is well constructed and performs admirably. Last weekend, we installed four KS118s at a large outdoor event, and they sounded great. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the cardioid mode worked.
I haven't tried it yet, but it appears to be better than I anticipated.
