I ran Phenyx Pro through a Mackie SRM FLEX linear portable PA for a corporate sales meeting with about 50 people at the end of September. I was pleased to note that the lav mic that was on the lapel worked well and the wire went all the way from the lav mic to the body pack so that my presenters could put the body pack in their jacket pocket, belt pocket, It worked just fine attached to the lapels as far as sound is concerned. Whenever using a lav microphone, the person speaking should be aware that turning their head far left or right from the lav will mute the Likewise, players' jackets will get picked up whenever they adjust them or hit anywhere close to the microphone. The microphones' battery life is much better than any I've ever tested, usually I don't leave them that long, but I wanted to test how long I could let them last. The batteries in my wireless guitar system typically need to be changed after two shows, so I plan to do the same with my microphones. This is the best wireless microphone for the money and will be recommended to any band, they sound great out front and can't ask for anything more for the price. Music is used in my church, so I purchased the system. A great deal of noise is blocked from being picked up by the speakers due to their directional nature. Their performance at our Christmas musical is good enough for a soloist. The cost was well worth it.
