Questions & Answers

Can you tell me what the power output of this unit is. What is the best way to use it with (2) 10" speakers, a microphone, and (2) inputs? What are the speakers like (passive, not ?

You will only be receiving a mixer with this unit. If it is to be used with an amplifier, or powered speakers, it must be connected to one. One amplifier powers two 450 watt speakers, and the other is a 1000 watt amp. It is used by me over 200 times every year when I entertain at Senior Facilities.

What does this look like? Is it a powered mixer?

The mixer is nothing more than that. There is no amplifier in it. In order to function, it needs to be connected to an amplifier. This brings us to our question. It does not apply if you are talking about power, watts, or loudness.

It is possible to connect an output to a computer so that the mixer can be used, for example, to mix mics in a Zoom Could a line output jack be used to connect to the microphone input jack on a PC?

Using a mixer's USB output, you can send audio from mics plugged in to the mixer to your computer. I don't know if there is a way to send it to a computer's microphone input, but I believe it might be possible.

The floor has a high level of noise and there are no balance knobs or pan This was returned and I ordered a Behringer Xenyx 1202FX (see my review of this I noticed a large amount of noise on my recordings due to this mixer
3/5

The first time I heard a crackling, I assumed it was the microphones or Despite all the cables in the recording box being unplugged (Unplugged all input cables), I could still notice noise coming in from Audacity on my Linux laptop. Whenever I recorded, I had to do too much noise reduction, severely compromising the quality of my It was much, much better with the Behringer mixer, even using the same cables, microphones, and laptop. There was almost no noise flooring In addition to the 1202FX's double the input count, it has pan and balance on all signals, a stereo control room output, and 100 effects. A mixer with much more features for only $10 more than this one. USB and Bluetooth are the only things that the Pyle doesn't have. Although the USB on the Pyle is only USB in (not out), the RCA inputs and outputs on the Behringer more than make up for it. In addition, the Pyle's Bluetooth constantly disconnects, so it is not worth the money.

We pride ourselves on our features and value
5/5

The Pyle PMXU63BT mixer was purchased to set up a home studio. There is nothing I could complain about when it comes to the features, ease of use, and value that this mixer offers. hard-wire in two microphones, a keyboard, an Echo Dot, and my laptop by using the included USB cables. A tablet connected via Bluetooth was also easily connectable via the USB cable. All of the output is routed to either my home stereo system or a stage amp. It is the first time in my life that I am recording my own music, after being an audiophile and a musician my entire life. There are lots of mixers out there, but it would be difficult for you to find one with 6 channels, phantom power, USB, and other features For less than $100, you can get Bluetooth. ) (I kept the foam packaging to use as a slip mat for the shower) I need a desk stand that is airtight, so I can have airflow underneath it.

This is perfect for podcasting
5/5

It took me a week to realize that the 4 channel mixer was too small for me. I sent it back because I thought this would work great. This is the case. However, this machine has made me mixer crazy and now I want to upgrade to the professional model with eight The mixer I have is great! The sound is great and my favorite option is the Bluetooth connection that lets me play sound effects from an iPad. I have enough inputs for all my mics (guests), and the inputs are large enough for all my mics (guests). When you connect to a PC or other device, shielded cables should be used in order to prevent Exactly what I was looking for in a mixer. Even though I have yet to use some of the features like recording straight to a USB when you don't have a computer, I am eager to do so in the future. This is amazing.

I am pleased with the product for the price
5/5

Details Short summary this is a well-designed board with a lot of features at an excellent price.

Pros Please note
+48V Power, each channel has an XLR / TRS combo
Four channels with XLR/TRS (1/4") combining. One (3) Bluetooth / USB / TS (1/4") input channel. For each channel, you will find a mixer for high, mid, and low - For each channel, a gain of - The use of Bluetooth and wireless technology The negative aspects of the USB drive are Please note
There is very little information about the product - The Extension has 16 effects, which I am not sure what each effect does (there is no I have experienced some wiggly behavior on the main slider - The channels 5 and 6 are taken up by Bluetooth, USB, and inputs. This adapter is able to do 2 of the 3 tasks at once, however

I paired it with my Fender Passport Pro in order to add When I discovered that each of the XLR jacks also functions as a TRS (1/4") input with +48V power, I was delighted! A very nice set of patch cables from Kirlin are being used (that I advise you to check out) You can find it here on Amazon for around $12-$15 Is relatively clear and connects very quickly. The USB connector plays the main folder first, so you need to plan the order of your music before you plug in a USB drive. Once you stick it in, it has limited but functional control over the device. Overall, very impressed at the price!.

This is a great product, but the BT feature is disapointing
3/5

Even though I'm a complete noob in the world of audio production, I can learn a few basics To begin with, I had fun playing around with this project in order to make two microphone signals from two different locations recognized by a laptop via One of the most puzzling aspects is the Bluetooth connectivity. When I tried to record using Audacity or Windows Voice Recorder, it sounded like one mic or the other would fade on playback. I plugged my laptop and mixer into a pair of computers and they worked fine together. I was able to use the USB connection on the mixer to solve this problem, but was disappointed that full Bluetooth functionality was not available. I can understand why the rating should be low for BT. Perhaps their bandwidth is limited, but without any further details as to how to use their network, it makes sense to deny it a higher rating.

This mixer is one of the best mixers you can get for a very reasonable price
5/5

Although I love this mixer, I've seen some negative reviews and gotten some negative feedback about it that I find extremely contradictory. Two issues are at the core of that negativity. A few customers incorrectly thought that the product had an amplifier - the mixer is all there is. The "noise level" is apparently a complaint, and I've seen every case relate to a certain mistake by the user. As far as managing sound going to and from my computer is concerned, I am extremely happy with the PMXU63BT. All I would need to do is upgrade to the PMXU83BT if I decide to give it up! While working in remote presentation and teaching, I used to do live and studio sound in a previous lifetime, and in this new life, I am hoping to make use of them. Based on my past experience, I purchased this mixer because it appealed to me. It was a different experience to what I had before taking It is certainly not a professional mixer, but it has all of the features I need to do professional mixing for my needs, and it is so well built that I am amazed. This application's inclusion of a wide range of features will appeal to the professional, but Pyle has made access to them possible for amateurs. On my desk, next to my Stream Deck, I use the mixer as shown in one of the photos with this review. As I'm used to doing lighting/sound/video from a booth above the performance, I can do this quickly and easily. In a 9 by 12 foot room, pro gear would have filled most of it. My desktop gets more power than I need directly from this!

In the second photo, you can see my work surface from a wider angle. As you can see, the PMXU63BT looks superior in this professional environment. As far as "geek gear" goes I think it would look great in my computer workstation though!.
