Since I was around 25 years old, I have played guitar. My collection of guitars includes other Ibanez models with a high price tag. My opinion is that you can't get a better deal than this for the price. The first time you play a guitar, you have to set it As with any guitar, this one had a very minimal tone, which varies from one to another. There is a lot of action on the screen. I have guitars that cost three times as much as this one but were much smoother, flatter, and faster. It sounds like the pickups are working well. This guitar does not have EMG active pickups, but a set of those would cost more than this one. I think this is a great product for the price.

I have a Dean Evo as my first guitar but the frets are a bit small for my fat fingers so I purchased this Ibanez as a step up in addition to the fact that it was recommended for people with large Purchasing it was a wise decision because it is made well and I have no regrets. Observations It had slight difficulties keeping tune due to being kept in a cold room for quite some time. As it turned out, the bow on the fret was really off (concave), so I tightened up the truss rod a couple of times and it significantly improved the bow. The first thing I thought I'd have to do was tweak other items to make it work, but now I realize (and recommend) you MUST get the neck straight before making The measuring tool I used was a 2' steel ruler/straight edge and a 0' steel rule. In an online video I watched, it was recommended to use a 008" feeler gauge at the 7th fret After turning 14 times, wait a day, and then measure again. Moreover, the tuning of the low E string length was altered for tonal reasons. Although it may seem complicated, the process is actually quite straightforward. Let me say that I own quite a few guitars in this price range, and this one is the best quality out of the box. I received my guitar in good condition after it was well packed. There is no sharpness in the fret ends, and the frets, for a budget guitar, are the most polished I've ever seen. In addition to the neck feeling great, the tuners work well, and the pickups sound great as well. As a reader and hearer, I had always heard about how excellent Ibanez guitars were, and now that I have one myself, I can say I concur.

Jumbo frets are wonderful and definitely give you more room than a classical nylon-string guitar. You can play the guitar with strings. I was a little disappointed with the finish because it looks like stained wood on the photo, but is actually brown paint on the surface. I still think it looks great and highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in playing When tuned to the right pitch, it does djent quite well.

As far as I'm concerned, it is wide enough for me to play it. It has a medium-sized neck as well There is just the right amount of thickness to it. It looks nice with the binding on the neck as well at this price. This product comes with a 5-way switch with coil splitting, which is quite an advantage at its price! *Update Added a 5 way switch with coil splitting! 19 April 2021 I replaced the pickups (I upgraded to a Dimarzio X2n) but one of the screws stripped. It holds really well for at home playing, but if I were playing live, I might need a new switch since one of the screws has stripped. It is fine for at home game playing, but I might need a new switch if I am playing live. The switch it has is not cheap to replace because the coils split when it switches. I would guess it will cost $20 to replace it. In reverse, if I replace it with a standard 3 way, it does not split the coil. The only thing I want to say is, I haven't even plugged it in yet. Just what I think overall. As soon as I get a chance, I will give it a spin. My intention was to replace my pickups on 4/19/2021 just because I wanted a better sound. These pickups that were included in it didn't receive much time in the lab, but they were good enough for most people. This is the third and final update for the 10th of October It has a pretty high action straight out of the box, but that's what you expect from a $200 You can use the pickups if you're an intermediate or beginner. With its color scheme and blackout style pickups, this guitar is a very solid and nice looking instrument. It didn't blow me away like the Jackson JS22-A did, but it is still very good. Even with that price tag, the 7 Dinkys that I bought did. Jackson's guitar compares favorably with this Ibanez because it has a similar feel, tone, quality, and playability to a much more expensive guitar, while this Jackson has the feel, tone, quality, and playability of a Although slightly cheap in feel, it has a great tone, stays in tune, and is actually a very solid instrument in general. It would have been better if I'd chosen the 6-string The 7 Dinky is a better alternative. It is impossible to describe how perfect every aspect of those guitars is for such an absurdly low price.

There's no doubt that this guitar sounds terrific. You will be happy to know that the neck is on the thinner side if you have small Playing it live is not a problem for me. When I arrived, the action was way too high. I was able to fix it within minutes after watching a YouTube video and using the tools included in the package. In essence, the little wrench goes into the bridge, and when it is turned counterclockwise, the action lowers. It appears that the G string is causing me some issues. We will have a professional look at the issue The game is still entirely playable until the end of this month.
