now, lol) I am just getting back into building my drum kit. I was sixteen years old at the time On number 20, I used cymbals from the Sabians AAX series. The only problem was that I only had a 14-inch monitor The only thing I had back then was a hat, 16in crash, 17in crash, and a 22in ride. I had no splash. As a result of joining the Army I had to store all of my gear, and unfortunately mine was broken into and my drum mics, cymbals (all of which were in a bag) and my custom drum set were all stolen. It cost me over $3,600 to get everything but it was gone when I returned. As a result, I stopped playing for a while. Now I'm back to the drumming game and I'm shocked by how costly everything is. Since I had somewhat of a hiatus from drumming, I thought it would be easier to ease back in by getting low-cost Although they produce a beautiful sound, I found myself in love with it. recently, and now I might never want to My ultimate dream would be to possess the Meinl Classics Black Cymbals, I love how they sound and they are beautiful, and who doesn't love black? However, we will have to deal with them for now. Moreover, the price is just too good to be true. I will post more pictures as soon as I install all my cymbals.
This was a project I was very hopeful about. Despite the name, I figured that a "trash" cymbal could sound decent without being expensive. In order to provide context, this was combined with Sabian, Zildjian, Istanbul, and Paiste cymbals on My initial reaction is to say that the sound is fine, but that there is something missing. Cymbals with less projection do not seem to fit in with the better ones. It appears I will give up on the idea of a trash crash for the moment, but if I were to do that again, I would probably consider the xist ion or one of the more expensive Sabians that I have heard of Though it seems like it would work better with a smaller kit and less capable cymbals surrounding it. The sound was lacking in my context and I did not feel that it was worth the money.
This sound was not conducive to rehearsal. I bought these to use in my rehearsal kit. does not mean that they are bad, I would recommend them as a great starter set as you get a great variety of sounds for a very reasonable price. The entire set costs less than my Sabian Paragon Ride so I wasn't expecting studio quality sounds. Sold them and got a Zildjian S set that will do just fine.
About ten years ago, I bought a PDP z5 5 piece kit with cymbals and hardware for $300. In general, the drums themselves are very good, but the hardware is easily broken and the cymbals are As a result, I bought this cymbal pack and some Evans hydraulic red heads to fix them up. They are excellent and I am very pleased with them. When I had high cholesterol, I went to having low cholesterol For 300 dollars this is a steal. They went from hats that sounded like garbage can lids banging together to having proper tss ts tsss tss ts ts man I mean you know what they sound like. Even though I don't have enough stands for all the cymbals that came with this, I'm still happy with hi hats, a crash, and a ride. Highly recommend.
Drummers who are just starting out should consider playing Meinl cymbals from the HCS series. I can say from experience as a drummer who has worked behind the kit for more than 40 years that this cymbal sounds very good. As a former owner of 2 Sabians HHX Ozone cymbals, I have to say that the quality of Meinl's HCS series of Ozone cymbals is very close to that Whether a drummer is a professional or just getting started, I would not hesitate to recommend this HCS cymbal. All I have to complain about is the rough edges of the circular cutouts. Basically, this cymbal is similar to a high quality composition cymbal in the B8 series. I would have to say that this cymbal is the one you should choose if you are looking for an Ozone cymbal at an affordable price.
I've been a drummer for 40 years, and I've used a wide variety of cymbals throughout my career. It would be best not to use my expensive cymbals for practice, so I bought this one and others at similar prices just to feel the difference. You can practice and jam with all your heart out on this one. The sound is good and the durability is good.
The cymbal that I was looking for is A tinny ring can be heard in the sound, but the overall audio quality is good. We would have been pleased even if it did not ring. It has never worked to tighten or loosen it. You either get no sound or no Keep the sound as much as possible by reducing the ring as much as possible.
I like the cymbals at the bottom and the trash Cymbals are not trash, but cymbals. There is no problem with hats, but there are heavy and gongy crashes. The ride is good, but the splash has yet to be experienced. It's a decent starter pack that will keep you occupied for some time.
