Is it compatible with my maple bass drum concept? from pdp?

That is, in fact, the bass drum on which I mounted the mount. It's exactly what I was looking for.

Will the New Yorker be able to wear it?

Personally, I'd seek advice from a PDP associate. Because the tom holder can hold up to ten toms. Tom hoops with a diameter of 5 mm. But I'd assume yes, but I'd double-check with them via email or phone call.

Is this a good match for the bass drum from their concept series?

Yes. I own a pdp concept maple in addition to my custom kit. And it works well with this tom holder.
