My friend Joe and I have been using an EQ3 and an Evans EQpad with a 20x16 kick for a while. Only a little of the pad touches the back and front of the A new set of heads was in order as I'm about to record. I used this instead of the DCP because EQ3 was out of stock. A little bit of Evans EQpatch combined with the small ring in the head results in an attack that is both extremely fast and very pillowy. A touch of sweetness in the articulation. Make a punch with your wrist. Listen to this if you are a fan of the 'Herb' style. You've impressed me. I. BT.
There are only the drumheads, skins, and membranes pictured, and not all that is included in the picture (as a previous reviewer pointed out). Drumheads are an essential part of my husband's music collection, and he was very pleased with this one. A feature of this drumhead is that it has a UV-resistant coating The coating is cured, which means that it is very durable and should last for a long time. The Externally Mounted Adjustable Damping (EMAD) control is housed on the front, and it is made in the USA. What a great sound this thing has!.
The drum head in this picture is owned It is his job to tour with his band, and he Deadeners aren't a part of his normal live set, but he enjoyed the versatility of using them They perform as expected, and are of good quality. Prices are the same as usual.
You are buying a drumhead - it has no other parts. As you can see in the image, it does not come with the shell or bass pedal. At her instructor's studio, my daughter teaches percussion. In addition to playing snare drum in her high school marching band (after being assigned the position from bass drum), she also has a drum kit in her room that she frequently uses. I chose this bass drumhead for her for a number of reasons. The bass drum I'm sitting on was mounted to the kit a little while ago, and I can hear her playing some cool stuff right now. When I went to her room earlier, I asked how she liked the new drumhead, and she said it was much better than the old one. The drummer thought it was a truly excellent head with good sound, good rebound, and 5 stars in any case. After putting the pedal on her bass, it took her only 15 minutes.
The 22" drum cover fits perfectly, and it is relatively easy to put on and remove. I am impressed by how professional and impressive the sound is.
