Product Description

All sampler, plug-in, and effect parameters can be easily browsed, loaded, tweaked, played, arranged, and automated.

All of your external hardware instruments will be controlled and sequenced by you. The software, as well as the user manual, are available on their website, and can be downloaded and managed through Native Access, which also keeps track of all NI software and plugin serial numbers in one place. Once downloaded from the site, the user will be able to use the serial number provided with the unit to gain access.

You can assign colors to groups, sounds, patterns, and scenes using multicolored pads, and the pads will light up in the same colors.

The sensitivity of the pads has been increased, allowing for greater precision. 1st Machine Time stretching and pitch shifting are features of the 8 software.

The Mikro 2 is something I would never use. If all you want to do is make beats, get a drum machine; it'll save you weeks of figuring out how to use the Mikro 2.

However, make sure you download and activate the files in the correct order. This device is incredible. Make sure you download, activate, and register the software in the correct order. I had to redownload a few things because I didn't know how to do it correctly the first time. If anything, I wish the instructions for downloading were more clear. But after a few hours of downloading and a few days of watching YouTube tutorials, this thing outperforms them all! The software and interface are the most intuitive, and they work in tandem. Native Instruments has the highest quality and variety of sounds. I've used it to create loops of beats and chords to write with, as well as live finger drumming and other live applications. I play guitar, and this is programmed with bass drops and pads right next to me. It's very handy! I've included a video of my favorite kit for your viewing pleasure. It's a big deal! If you're looking for the best beat maker on the market, this is the one to get.

Initial configuration- Due to a computer that was out of date on its updates, getting things set up was a bit of a pain. Additionally, you can get the set-up software by downloading it. For someone who isn't well-versed in technology in general, getting up was a little confusing. It's very easy to use once it's up and running. In less than ten minutes, you can have a great beat going. You can also experiment with a variety of synthesizers and sounds. I would recommend this product to any bedroom producer who enjoys making their own beats because of the unbeatable price.

Ascertain that you have sufficient funds to purchase the sound expansion pack. Also, keep an eye out on the Native Instruments website for special offers. I was able to get 9 of the sound packs for $99 total, which is a savings of $49 per sound pack. You'll get a $25 e-gift card from them. to use a coupon The sounds are incredible, and so is the ease of use. Make certain you have a digital audio workstation (DAW) to work with. I only use Audacity to fade the beginning and end of my songs; otherwise, I use Maschine 2. I've been using hardware for years, and when I saw this, I knew I had to have it. You will not be disappointed if you purchase it. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> I only upgraded to the Maschine Studio because I couldn't pass up a great deal. The preceding assertions remain true.

All of the additional plug-ins that come with this unit make it well worth the money. I'll admit that trying to access all of the features from the unit itself is a steep learning curve. Instead of using Pro Tools 12, I already have a MIDI keyboard that I can use to play all of the sounds. For the price, there are a lot of great effects and features.
