My guitar was tuned using my tuner. It was a success. Now it all makes sense. I removed the rubber plug and tuned the tongue by pressing down or up a little on it. When I got it, the majority of it was already tuned.
China is where it's made.

This drum has a fantastic sound, especially when it's being played. with the mallets thrown in for good measure The finger tapping is fine, but I found it to be too quiet for my tastes, and my fingers quickly became sore. The mallets are lightweight and have a pleasant sound. The drum appears to be well-made, and it is small and portable, with its own carrying bag included. The notes are labeled and numbered on each tongue, and it comes with a small book with a few songs to get you started. It's a simple game to pick up, and it's a lot of fun to play. Anyone can do it in a short amount of time by simply enjoying the notes coming from the drum and allowing their mood and creativity to take over. This drum gives me a lot of pleasure to play. It calms me down and lifts my spirits. It appeals to my tastes. .
This steel tongue drum has a pleasant sound to it. It has a soothing, serene tone to it. When I'm playing, I'm compelled to doze off. When I'm out in nature and playing it, it transports me to another world. I strongly advise you to purchase this instrument because it will transform your life, particularly if you want to heal or simply enjoy some music.
After reading some good reviews, I decided to buy it. However, it was immediately apparent that it was out of tune when two different tuners were used. These drums MUST be delivered in tune, as tuning them yourself is difficult and can easily result in them being unreturnable. According to their own literature, this is the case. The number stickers, likewise, were not applied with care. They're crooked and hazy, as if you used Scotch Magic tape to create a fog around each number. The figures are also unappealing- Gold isn't a good match for silver or gray. items that have been toned This drum's sound is less pleasant (much more tinny) than the Yinama 12-. I couldn't find a 12-inch drum with 11 notes, so I kept that one while returning this one.
I've never had the opportunity to play the drums before. It's very simple to play the tongue drum. It has numbers on the different spots on the drum as well as a playbook with various songs. The same day I got it, I started playing! It's a lovely sound/tone.
This is an excellent gift for a friend or for yourself. This instrument produces beautiful and relaxing music. There's also a booklet with information on intonation and tuning, as well as a few simple songs and tips on how to play the drum. Two "tongues" don't ring as clearly as the others, and the numbers are difficult to read in certain brighter lighting conditions. Overall, I thought this steel drum was a good addition to my musical instrument collection.
It appears to be of good quality. It's well-tuned enough to have a good time with. As others have mentioned, I was disappointed to discover that some of the tongues sounded "dead. " Some will ring with good sustain and sound pure, while others will sound muted and bland; this appears to be a problem with the lower notes. But, I suppose, it's a good beginner drum. I'm having a lot of fun with it just making music. It came with two sets of numbers, one of which was already numbered. You must remove a small plastic strip that covers the numbers in order for them to look good. After removing the plastic protection, they appear almost engraved. When rubbing your hand across the logo, however, be careful! The bottom's pointed end pricked my finger like a needle. That section had to be removed.
It has a nice weight to it and looks and sounds fantastic. The only issue with the accompanying boom is that, while the tongues are numbered, there is no mention of octave or key. Which makes it difficult to learn anything other than the few (to be honest, not particularly good) songs included. I'd like to learn to play something on this other than old folk music, but I'm not sure how to translate it until I figure out the tones. Aside from that, everything is fine.
The drum is in good condition, and the package contained all of the items listed, all of which were in perfect working order when the drum arrived. br>However, it is preferable to select musical instruments in person, as the drum does not sound as I had anticipated based on times I heard them play. And I'm not sure if it's due to a lack of skill or something else, but a couple of notes sound like broken bells. It was only happening once in a while at first, but it appears to be getting better.
