I had a few bumps on the way, but it worked perfectly! From the seller, I was able to get the access code over the course of a few days. Even though I am not a native Korean speaker, I was able to download the TJ Media app on my Android phone. If the app is connected to the 365hk machine, select the bottom right Update Song icon, then click the appropriate tab to download the songs that need updating. By clicking the left tab, I was able to update the database by clicking the right bottom green icon. When you are done clicking the red icon, you need to enter the code in the text box. Normally, it should be the same as clicking on the bottom right green icon and then the new songs should appear, but my computer did not recognize them. I clicked on it again and the new songs appeared. The strategy worked despite the strange nature. It took about 9 hours to update songs from 2015 to 2020.
The loading instructions for my karaoke player are in Korean and not English, so I was unable to update it. Although the seller failed to provide any evidence, and I neglected to use the certificate number, they refused to refund.
