It is easy to track with these slipmats, although they are very slick. If you apply too much pressure to the slipmat, backspins can sound weird, but after you become accustomed to how sensitive the slipmat is, it is no more of an issue. You shouldn't miss out on this if you like to scratch.

The are best for scratching if you're not looking to use them for anything else

If you plan to only scratch with them, they are good, but if you plan to back spin, they are thin enough that the vinyl hits the platter and causes a severe vibration. Slipmats that are thicker are more appealing to me. I have no problem using the ones that came with my ATLP 1240s.

This superlight and thin product is perfect for travel. Make sure not to expose too much of the book to the sun's heat as the heat will make the book bend.
